Sarah Rose’s story is one of faith, perseverance, transformation, and purpose.

Diagnosed with dyslexia and held back in first grade, Sarah learned early what it felt like to believe she was different or not capable. But those challenges did not determine her future. Through determination, hard work, and faith, she developed strategies to overcome obstacles and continued pursuing her education, ultimately earning both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA.

Her journey was not without deeper personal battles. For years, Sarah struggled with anorexia, fear, perfectionism, and negative self-talk. She knows what it is like to look successful on the outside while fighting a very different battle on the inside. But God began transforming the way she saw herself. Instead of defining herself through her struggles, failures, accomplishments, or the opinions of others, Sarah began learning to see herself through the eyes of Christ—as loved, valued, capable, forgiven, and created for a purpose.

What once felt like weaknesses became part of her testimony.

From Struggle to Leadership

Those lessons have carried into Sarah’s professional life as well. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Sarah has led people, operations, customer experiences, organizational change, and business transformation. She has learned that organizations do not become stronger simply because they have better processes or strategies. Organizations become stronger when their people become stronger. Sarah’s approach to leadership is rooted in a simple belief: people matter. Great leaders see people, develop people, communicate effectively, build trust, and create environments where individuals understand the value they bring. Today, through her leadership development and business advisory work, Sarah helps organizations develop stronger leaders, strengthen teams, transform workplace culture, and create greater value for employees and customers. Her professional experience and personal story allow her to connect leadership principles with something deeper—the courage to grow, challenge limiting beliefs, embrace change, and step forward into who you were created to become.

The Birth of Fearlessly Unshackled

Ultimately, Sarah’s heart is for Jesus Christ.

Her own journey of breaking free inspired Fearlessly Unshackled, a ministry dedicated to helping people experience freedom through Christ, discover their God-given identity, and courageously live out their purpose. Through Faith Conversations, Sarah shares the stories of people whose lives have been transformed through faith. These authentic conversations remind others that struggles do not have to be the end of their stories. God can bring purpose from pain, hope from hardship, and freedom from what once held us captive. Sarah also shares inspirational messages, teaches, speaks, and coaches others to move beyond fear and the lies that keep them from becoming who God created them to be. Her passion for the next generation led her to found the Your Fees Are Paid Clinic, a movement that combines athletic development with spiritual growth, helping young people build confidence, character, and faith while developing their abilities in rodeo sports.
